Order Processing
- Orders are reviewed, picked, and packed within 1-3 business days
- You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number
- Tracking can also be viewed anytime in your account dashboard
- Custom or made-to-order items may take a few extra business days to prepare
Destinations & Customs
We ship internationally to North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, most of East and Southeast Asia, and Latin America. If you don't see your country at checkout, reach out to our team — we will quote a rate directly.
Order Tracking
Every shipment is fully tracked from our facility to your doorstep. Once your order leaves us, you will get a tracking link by email. Allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear in the tracking system.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- Delayed: Carrier delays do occur, especially during peak season. If your parcel hasn't moved for 10+ business days, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation.
- Lost: If the carrier confirms a parcel as lost, we will reship at our expense or refund in full — your choice.
- Damaged on arrival: Send photos of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
Returns at a Glance
Not satisfied with your order? Our return window starts the moment your parcel is delivered:
- Contact us within 3 daysEmail [email protected] with your order number to request a return.
- Ship the parcel within 14 daysOnce approved, post the item back to the address we provide. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
- Refund within 3 business daysAfter we receive and inspect the return, we refund 100% of the product price to your original payment method.

Do you really ship to my country?
We ship to 30+ countries across North America, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America. If your country isn't selectable at checkout, contact us — we ship to many destinations on request.
Is standard shipping really free with no minimum?
Yes. Every order, of any size, qualifies for free standard shipping (7-15 business days). Upgrade to express ($25) at checkout if you need it sooner.
When does the 7-15 (or 5-10) day clock start?
From the moment your parcel leaves our facility, not from when you place the order. Add 1-3 business days for order processing.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
That depends on your destination country's import rules. Duties, if any, are billed by your local carrier or customs office, not by SoftWig.
Can I change the shipping address after ordering?
If the parcel hasn't shipped yet, yes — contact us as soon as possible. Once it's in the carrier's hands we can no longer change the destination.
